The design of this stunning modern farmhouse was inspired by the region’s agricultural heritage. Designed by Stephen Willrich Architecture, the residence is sited to perfectly capture the views of the surrounding vineyards and ridgelines of Napa Valley, California. The dwelling was built is the tradition of the farm house vernacular by Total Concepts, with board and batten siding.

The structures are lined by a series of deep, shaded porches, inviting an indoor/outdoor entertaining environment. From the exterior facade of the home, the roof material is galvanized steel. The paint on the facade is Benjamin Moore, China White PM-20. The modern farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful oak trees that are native to the Napa Valley region.

The floor plan layout flows harmoniously from one space to the next, helping to create a more casual environment for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is at the heart of the home, the gathering room where everyone can easily connect from the living room.

A screened-in porch is heated for cool days and evenings throughout the year. This cozy space opens out a bluestone terrace, creating an inviting setting for informal dining. The property features a compound of structures, this includes a Main Residence, Guest House, Barn, swimming pool and a tennis court.
