Filled with light and modern forms, the interior is bright and clean-lined. The color palette, furnishings, and custom millwork evoke a midcentury modern aesthetic. The space is efficient and comfortable for an empty-nest couple with a fully inclusive first-floor layout, but expands its use with second-floor bedrooms and baths to accommodate visiting family and guests.
What We Love: This Greek Revival house offers its owners an attractive exterior and bright, airy living spaces. We love the contrast between the white facade and the red door, which invites visitors inside. Additionally, we admire the warm wood accents throughout this home and the open floor plan layout. Overall, the project team did a beautiful job creating a comfortable and relaxing family home that is also idyllic for entertaining with its spacious backyard patio.
