Design-build studio Fratantoni Design is responsible for the creation of this gorgeous and elegantly styled French villa home located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This residence features a large living room with a wet bar, a shabby-chic kitchen with two built-in islands, an owner’s suite with a fireplace and three guest bedrooms, a front courtyard with patio seating and fireplace, and a spectacular outdoor living space with a pergola, pool, and rooftop dining area. What We Love: This French villa home offers a gorgeous stone and stucco exterior facade surrounded by outdoor living spaces and lush gardens. Exquisite details throughout the interior, such as a beautiful chef’s kitchen, sumptuous bedrooms, and spa-like bathrooms. We are especially loving the tranquil outdoor living spaces, from the courtyard to the fountain and backyard swimming pool.

The front entrance to this French villa home features a herringbone brick pathway that leads to a double wood gate.
The courtyard features cement pavers with grass in between. Comfortable seating is grouped around a custom fireplace. This courtyard leads to the entrance of the home, through a pair of beautiful arched glass doors.

Industrial Style Wet Bar
The wet bar features unique wall art above the fully stocked glass shelving for beverages. A trio of silver velvet bar stools matches the steel-colored countertops adding to the overall industrial aesthetic of the bar.
U-Shaped Kitchen
This exquisite U-shaped kitchen features two massive custom islands, white cabinets, and marble countertops with a stainless steel gas burning stove and steel range hood. Two sets of pendant lights are suspended from the brick-arched ceiling for added lighting.
Formal Dining Room
In this formal dining room, a large black table hosts seating for up to ten guests. A gorgeous candlestick chandelier descends from the arched detailed ceiling, while a feature wall of wainscoting includes a built-in aquarium. French doors highlighted with bronze drapery lead to a back patio space.
Kitchen Servery
The servery acts as the second kitchen for this home. This small space can prepare you for a dinner party while hiding the mess. This space has double ovens, two microwaves, a mini-fridge, and a sink.
Luxurious Owner’s Suite
In the owner’s suite, an opulent king-sized bed is adorned with beige velvet bedding. A gold chandelier descends from the detailed vaulted ceiling. Bringing a touch of romance to this space, a fireplace with a marble stone surround. A french-inspired wood desk with a tufted wingback chair sits in front of the french doors that lead out to a private balcony.
Spa-Like Owner’s Bathroom
The bathroom features a built-in vanity surrounded by an arched nook with custom wainscoting details on the vanity and walls. Custom tile covers the entire bathroom floor.
A fireplace adds ambiance to this opulent bathroom. A free-standing tub overlooks the backyard. Built-in shelves provide storage, while a glass walk-in shower sits at the end of the room.
The owner’s bathroom features a dual vanity with a single sink. Mirrored cabinets are adorned with crystal handles, adding a touch of glam to this space.
Guest Bedroom
A guest bedroom features a king bed with a cream tufted headboard and velvet bedding. A fireplace with a marble stone surround provides an ambient focal point for this room. Exposed wood beams draw the eyes to the ceiling.

A second guest room features a tufted headboard and cozy cream bedding. An integrated shelving unit adds design and storage to the room. A gorgeous crystal chandelier descends from the ceiling.
Guest Bathroom
This second guest bathroom boasts black wainscoting detailing on the bottom half of the wall, matching the detailing on the vanity cabinets. A plaid pattern lines the floors. A small makeup vanity is placed in front of the sink vanity. From the arched ceiling, an elegant chrome and white light fixture illuminates this space.
Powder Bath
In the powder room, a custom freestanding french-inspired vanity with marble countertops. Crystal shade wall sconces flank the vanity mirror, while a matching chandelier hangs from the ceiling. A custom tile on the floor.
Guest Bedroom
This third guest bedroom is decorated with masculine touches. A built-in wet bar features a large mirror with an antique mirror backsplash. A bronze and amber chandelier descends from the soaring ceilings, while a double arch glass door leads to the courtyard.
