This transitional French style home was designed as the personal residence of Brandon Architects president, Chris Brandon, located in Eastside Costa Mesa, a city in Orange County, California. Developed on a rare half-acre property, the style was selected for his wife and because it fit well in the fabric of this traditional and established Southern California neighborhood.
The property is 60’ wide by 300’ deep and most of the structures were kept at the front of the property, allowing for a maximum amount of open space in the rear yard. The house encompasses roughly 4,600 square feet, offering four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a small wine room and bar, and an upstairs den.
