A charming 1940s bungalow in Costa Mesa, California was completely transformed, offering just 800 square feet of living space! The custom frames on the wall are from Gorman Framing in Orange County, adding visual interest and helping to define this compact space. The chair is by Dwell Studio, it is the Hans armchair upholstered with a custom leather. The fabric on the custom ottoman is by Templeton and purchased through the Jasper Showroom on Melrose in West Hollywood. The sofa is the Taraval Sofa from Crate & Barrel.
