High-tech touches such as remote-controlled shades provide a sleek, streamlined aesthetic that is free of cords and strings. The double-hung windows are Pella Reserve with integrated Rolscreen technology โ a retractable screen that goes up and down like a shade on casement windows and goes side to side on sliding patio doors.
The kitchen features custom inset cabinets with white oak accents that beautifully complement the white oak floors that are found throughout the interiors. The countertops are Vicostone quartz.
There is a concealed speaker system built into the sheetrock ceiling of the kitchen.

All five of the bedrooms in this timeless styled home with traditional lines feature the most stunning lake views. The blanket on the bed is heirloom quality, from Faribault Woolen Mill Co.
On the second level is a bonus room that can easily be tailored to fit the homeownersโ needs. A cleverly hidden bookcase door opens into a secret room where the possibilities for this space are limitless. To access, one tips the spine of the classic book, “Harry Potter and the Sorcererโs Stone”.
There is an outdoor shower that enables owners and their guests the opportunity to rinse off the sand and lake water before entering into the lower-level entry and into the recreation room that offers a wet bar and game area. The rec room comes complete with a handcrafted shuffleboard table by McClure Tables.
Wishing to pay homage to the site the home was constructed on, a ๏ฌreplace mantle in the screened porch and a custom tabletop in the rec room were fabricated out of heritage oak trees that existed on the property when the owners purchased it.
The screened porch offers four-season enjoyment courtesy of a cozy wood-burning fireplace, in-floor radiant heating, and infrared heaters. On the ceiling is cedar shiplap.
