This rustic mountain dream home situated in Gunnison, Colorado was created as a tranquil escape for a Texan couple by Daniel J. Murphy Architect. Nestled on a sprawling 35-acre property, this dwelling boasts breathtaking views of the Anthracite Range and Ohio Creek.
The exterior facade of this post-and-beam home was constructed with Arkansas moss rock, reclaimed hand-scribed timber, and chink-and-plank walls, complimenting the natural beauty of the region. Modern black steel windows capture views of the spectacular surroundings, including the nearby creek.
