MA Peterson Designbuild in collaboration with The Sitting Room has completely reimagined this sophisticated home that boasts serene views of Lake Minnetonka in Deephaven, Minnesota. This dwelling was created to maximize views of the lake, featuring luminous living space, creative design details, and luxuriously appointed finishes.

With only the foundation, garage, and deck left intact, this home was completely remodeled to operate like a new custom home. Featuring an open vaulted gathering space for the kitchen, dining, and living area, an expansive main-level owner’s suite, a creatively designed lower-level entertainment and exercise space, and clean interior finishes, this home now boasts a truly unique living experience.

What We Love: This sophisticated lake home provides its inhabitants with stylish living spaces that are open and airy thanks to its reimagined design. We are loving the wall of glazing in the great room and the large skylights that help to bathe the interiors with natural light. The seamless flow between the living spaces and the endless views of the water creates a dreamy atmosphere for lakeside living.
