What We Love: This rustic house in Montana offers its inhabitants with warm and welcoming living spaces thanks to the heavy use of wood and stone. Large windows help to frame captivating views of the surrounding mountains while drenching the interiors with natural light. This is like a caricature of authenticity.

This place is abhorrent. A classic “I don’t live in Montana, but when I visit my house there, this is what I imagine it would be like” design. Also, knotty alder? Lol.

I got goose bumps just looking at such a beautiful place. It is like a dream I’ve always had of living in Montana. Just needs a really nice pretty lake/ big pond, to over look as well. It is magnificent home. Good job all involved in designing and building it. My favorite spot was the leisure outside covered deck. Fireplace and chairs and tables to just relax and enjoy outside with your company, or a cozy cool night just two of you alone with nature by the fire. Good job everyone!
