Seamlessly fitting within the zoning envelope and roof line of the previous residential structure and garage on the property, the home underwent a complete overhaul, complemented by a transformation of the surrounding topography.

Adding new exterior finishes, doors, and windows enables this 6,700-square-foot dwelling to “breathe” while establishing a direct connection with the breathtaking beauty of its natural surroundings. Stone-framed terraces encircle the house on all sides, elevating the ground to the main level, and effortlessly facilitating the flow of indoor and outdoor activities.

Inside, the main floor has undergone a complete transformation, embracing a modulated open plan that accommodates the kitchen, dining, living, reading nooks, and TV rooms. This well-organized layout enables separate yet visually and aurally connected activities for family and friends.

The lower level offers seclusion, housing game, and exercise rooms that remain separate from the rest of the house. Throughout the residence, one can revel in the grandeur of sweeping vistas and gentle Atlantic Ocean breezes, both within intimate spaces and amidst the meticulously landscaped gardens surrounding the home.

This retreat truly allows residents to relish privacy while undisturbed by the traffic of the immediate neighborhood.
