Above: This bedroom in the loft over the garage was a simple, late addition. The homeowners wanted to add another couple of bedrooms and a bathroom midway through the framing process. Not only were the builders able to accommodate, but the design has left an overall cozy feel thanks to the steep pitch ceilings in these spaces.
