This rustic covered patio helps to shelter from the elements, whether it be rain or shine. An integrated fireplace and overhead heaters help to keep occupants warm during the cooler months while a ceiling fan helps to keep chill during the warmer months. On the fireplace wall, openings help to bring in natural light and views of the native landscaping on the adjacent slope.

The initial street view and backyard view makes the viewer feel warm and cozy, but the interior view make the house look huge. I know a camera lens can trick the eye making spaces seem larger than they actually are however the spaces really are functionally large.
Some of the interior spaces feel a little cold compared to the warm exterior.
Thank you for providing the floor plans as they are really appreciated but not often seen on this site.
