This classic ranch-style house was renovated by Julia Martin Architects together with Melissa Lenox Design, located in the sophisticated Crescent neighborhood of Charleston, South Carolina. The residence was gutted and completely renovated to meet family needs and a modern coastal lifestyle.
The revitalization comes from a mix of old and new materials along with a fresh color palette inspired by the marsh and coastal landscape. Soothing creams and soft blues along with greens are offset with touches of color and texture to create a space that is classic and livable.
