This Newport Beach house inspires a wonderful coastal living environment

contemporary-home-exterior

This contemporary home designed by Brandon Architects welcomes all to experience coastal living at its finest, situated in Cameo Highlands, an enclave in Newport Beach, California. Designed around outdoor living and entertaining, a large expansive great room, kitchen, and dining room are all open to the rear of the property with a large covered patio and views of Catalina Island beyond.

Additionally, every space was specifically designed for the homeowner’s personal use for their young growing family’s needs. For example, the sunken basement opens to a small courtyard, making the space feel more open while still providing a multi-use room for movies, learning, and crafts.
