Additionally, every space was specifically designed for the homeowner’s personal use for their young growing family’s needs. For example, the sunken basement opens to a small courtyard, making the space feel more open while still providing a multi-use room for movies, learning, and crafts.

The entry is designed to welcome guests with its touches of wood and warm stone that carry from the outside in. Upon, entry into this 6,065-square-foot dwelling, guests are greeted with an immediate view of the Pacific Ocean.

Warm and inviting with its dropped ceiling, the kitchen is a true showroom design that serves as a focal point between the living room and dining room.

Located between the entry hall and the kitchen, the dining room plays off of the warm hues of the house woods with its soffit ceiling.
