This mountain modern style lakeside home was designed by Eskuche Design in collaboration with Stonewood, located in Orono, Minnesota. The builders created what they call a “mountain modern” style exterior facade. Characterized by modern lines and a low-pitch roofline, along with salvaged barwood siding and accents of cor-ten steel and other dark metals.
This contemporary home’s expansive floor plan layout is idyllic for entertaining, both indoors and out. Andersen Windows & Doors found throughout this dwelling help to capture sweeping views of Lake Minnetonka. A 10-foot tall front door welcomes guests inside, opening into living spaces outfitted with materials of wood, glass, and metal that are complemented by salvaged timbers and stone accents.
