This midcentury home has undergone an update by architects Woods + Dangaran, nestled in the hills above the San Fernando Valley in Encino, California. Spread out over a single level, this 4,800-square-foot dwelling boasts wrap-around views of the San Gabriel and Santa Susana mountains.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors help to blur the boundaries between indoors and out while extending the interiors to an expansive entertainment deck and a cantilever, corner-infinity edge pool that amplifies the connection between the interior and exterior living spaces.
Once belonging to Bing Crosby’s manager, guests enter the restored residence through a beautiful courtyard flanked by native plants and trees.
