Brandon Architects in collaboration with Patterson Custom Homes have designed this transitional style home located in the Flower Streets of Corona Del Mar, California. This dwelling is marked by its amazing views. With ultra-thin profiles, the home’s custom-made steel windows and doors complement the unimpeded vistas, adding to the home’s elegant elevations.
Encompassing over 4,700 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two powder bathrooms, a 3-car garage, a den, an office, a mudroom, and a laundry room. To top it off, the home’s three-story elevator goes up to the roof deck and covered patio for incredible panoramic views from multiple vantage points.

This project has a feeling of ‘beachy’ meets traditional influence. Nestled one block from the ocean, this contemporary home is the primary residence for a couple and their two daughters.
While creating a friendly and open environment, the house was designed around natural light and dramatic views of the ocean and jetty. Traditional materials were used to enhance the timeless quality of the architecture while meeting the owner’s needs.
What We Love: This Corona Del Mar home has a wonderful connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces throughout its floor plan layout. Boasting sweeping views of the ocean, this home has a relaxed vibe that is idyllic for everyday living and entertaining. We are loving so much about this home, from the steel and glass sliding doors to the amazing rooftop deck that is perfect for hosting family and friends.

The top rooftop deck takes full advantage of the panoramic views of the jetty beach and Corona Del Mar.
Lime-washed brick, french oak flooring, and exposed wood beams add character to the fluid design of the indoor/outdoor connection.
The open floor concept of the main floor connects the kitchen, dining, and great room to both an internal courtyard and the front yard.
