This sophisticated modern farmhouse was designed by Cummings Architecture + Interiors to take advantage of its serene hilltop setting with a backdrop of trees, located in Weston, Massachusetts. The design of this dream house was inspired by a turn-of-the-century interior layout, the rooms are juxtaposed from each other.
As a result, you can’t see more than one room away from you at a time, creating an expansive feel that belies the home’s true square footage. Cathedral ceilings feature contemporary nickel gap boards, while thoughtfully crafted moldings and details speak consistently from a distance and close-up.
