The articulation in elevation of the exterior facade lends itself to a coastal contemporary design with a subdued color palette which includes exterior materials of lime-washed brick, clear heart cedar, metal detailing and white, horizontal siding.
What We Love: This warm and inviting coastal home offers an incredible lifestyle with its indoor-outdoor living. We love how the design team created a floor plan layout that offers privacy while still being connected to the outdoors. The courtyards and outdoor balconies are perfect for both lounging and entertaining guests. We are especially loving how the main bedroom offers so many amenities with its walk-in bathroom, coffee bar and private balcony oasis.
