This radiant modern home was designed by Dahlin Group Architecture + Planning and built by JayMarc Homes, located in Clyde Hill, a suburb of Seattle, Washington. The dwelling is positioned on a half-acre corner lot, providing a unique opportunity to create some fabulous curb appeal.
Creating visual interest, a first-floor patio and second-floor primary suite deck wrap the corner of this 5,818 square foot, five-bedroom dwelling. The garage was placed opposite and nestles into the uphill slope. This solution offered continuous, open yard space wrapping from the front of the home to the rear, where an expansive private patio and outdoor kitchen offer the opportunity for year-round entertaining.
What We Love: This radiant modern home has open and airy living spaces that are perfect for entertaining. A dramatic double volume great room and fireplace is the perfect space for lounging with family and friends. A glass-enclosed wine room is perfectly paired with the dining room, while a modern kitchen opens onto a generous family dining nook. We are also loving the pocket home offices, making this home idyllic for working from home and for use as kids’ private homework spaces.
