This modern entertainment barn and guest house were designed by Brandon Architects in collaboration with Patterson Custom Homes, located in Santa Ynez, California. Created with a modern barn-house design, this space was an addition to a 20-acre property for the homeowners to host family and friends. We featured the main house here: Breathtaking Santa Barbara country style home in Santa Ynez Valley.
Nestled at the base of a hillside dotted with oak trees, The Barn includes a bar, a lounge area, and plenty of games for those looking for a little competition. A pool table, an air hockey table, a shuffleboard table, a foosball table, and a Skee ball machine await behind the barn doors on the main level, while a bocce ball court can be found outside.

An illuminated sign honoring the namesake of the property, The Farm, is the backdrop for the entertainment space, paying tribute to the years of hard work and dedication that went into this project.
What We Love: This modern entertainment barn provides its owners with a fun place for family and friends to gather with an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere. We are loving how the upstairs level provides guest quarters to host loved ones with an abundance of privacy since this is located down the hillside from the main house. Overall, we are loving this concept, from the serene setting to the beauty of the architecture.
