This beautiful modern refuge was designed by McClellan Architects in collaboration with NB Design Group, located in Kirkland, Washington. Perched over Lake Washington, this dwelling soaks in idyllic views of the lake and beyond to the mountains. The main level was devised with an open layout with a harmonious flow from indoors to out, taking advantage of the wonderful outdoor living spaces.
The aluminum window and sliding door system harmonize with the structural steel elements and exposed concrete slab radiant flooring. This 5,000 square foot dwelling was designed to cater to both entertaining purposes and comfortable everyday living spaces. The timeless nature of the exterior material palette and beautiful landscaping elements will serve the homeowners for years to come.
