This beautiful contemporary home was designed by Buchanan Construction, located in Asheville, a city in western North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains. The exterior facade is characterized by an attractive combination of wood siding, light gray stone, and dark stucco to create a uniquely modern luxe aesthetic.

A highly angular design, the home features a single slope roofline with alternating downslopes. A large screened porch supported by angular beams creates symmetry on the rear elevation. On the interior, the single sloped, soaring ceiling is adorned with beams running the entire depth of the home. With a light color palette and a plentitude of oversized windows, the space is flooded with natural light. Light marble, neutral cabinets, and flooring combine with occasional deep pops of color, including the powder bath and fireplace.
