David Charlez Design has designed this modern multi-level Californian style home located on a woody site along St. Alban’s Bay, a bay on Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota. Created for an active family of five who has a love for the West Coast, this dwelling marries a modern yet natural feel with understated luxury.
On the attractive exterior facade, you will find James Hardie siding with pine shiplap accents. On the interior, the residence showcases a stunning mix of natural, stained, and enameled woodwork with a minimalistic design. Incorporating neutral, playful details, the space infuses the homeowners’ love of travel with each room centered on lake views and inviting the outdoors inside.
