The marrying of European stone accents, whitewashed bricks, rift white oak finishes, and 75-year-old olive trees gives this dwelling the perfect amount of rustic style and ensures a sense of warmth. Wanting to capitalize on the gorgeous views, the communal areas of the home, as well as the primary bedroom, were positioned on the ocean-facing side of the property.
Designed with an abundance of glazing and sliding glass doors, the project team carefully curated the best moments to frame the spectacular views of the Newport harbor.
What We Love: This Napa modern farmhouse-style dwelling offers its occupants a wonderful atmosphere for family living and entertaining.
