This inviting modern home was designed by Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro Architects, located in Bluffview, an upscale neighborhood in North Dallas, Texas. Designed for family living, the owner wished to have a comfortable and inviting home with a layering of textures. Without a vision for the finished design, the general idea was for everyone who occupied this home to feel good.
The style of this dwelling is Texas modern, featuring a welcoming front porch, stone arches, antique wooden beams from Pennsylvania, antique heart of pine floors, and stately antique maple paneling in the library. Highlights in this home 14,000 square foot home include an exquisite Swarovski chandelier in the living room that balances the textures of stone, wood and, plush area rugs; along with custom furnishings, and an expanding collection of modern artwork.
