Brandon Architects has designed this sprawling two-story home inspired by a ‘Pennsylvania Dutch’ architectural style, located near the Back Bay in Newport Beach, California. This dwelling accentuates the width of the property while providing a stately curb-side appeal to the street. A blend of modern and traditional design elements creates a timeless effect for this beautiful residence.
Steep gable ends and flat shed roofs interplay to create a rhythm throughout the front of the home, which harmonizes the overall exterior. Rich materials such as white-washed brick, board, and batten vertical siding, wood clapboard siding, and metal standing seam roofs pair well with the decorative wood trim detailing and steel-grey frames around the windows.

Niche window seating off of the kitchen provides the perfect spot to enjoy a morning meal.
At the rear of the home, large sliding glass doors open onto a spacious outdoor dining and lounge area, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living and allowing natural light into the main room.
