This mountain-inspired lake house was designed as a family retreat by Liv4 Architecture, nestled on a sprawling property in Minnesota. Wishing to maintain some of the history and charm, several years of design and planning went into selecting the products and materials used.
The stone used on the house and other buildings on the site keep the tie to nature prominent. The reclaimed wood and copper and slate roofing complement the look.
The interior and exterior, alike, have ample room for entertaining. Just outside the gourmet kitchen, guests are welcomed into a spacious sunroom with an adjoining flagstone patio, complete with a large wood-burning fireplace.
North Camp is a timeless retreat that will surely be enjoyed for generations to come!
What We Love: This mountain-inspired lake house provides a generational family the opportunity to escape city living and be surrounded by tranquility. From the gorgeous exterior facade of wood and stone to the warm and inviting living spaces, this home is downright dreamy. We are especially loving the luminous living room with its floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace and windows framing mesmerizing lake views.
