Design-build studio Martin Construction in collaboration with Amber Interiors renovated this gorgeous 1920s Spanish Revival home in the Pacific Palisades, a coastal neighborhood in Los Angeles, California. Nestled on a half-acre corner lot, this private gated estate features imported old growth olive tees and a lovely backyard with two fire pits, outdoor water features and a sparkling swimming pool with a covered outdoor dining area. Step inside this Spanish masterpiece and you will find 5,604 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms.
Throughout the interiors are beautiful, custom hand-crafted finishes. This home was completely redesigned to cater to family living, offering a large den on the second level along with three additional bedrooms โ each we en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom suite boasts the ultimate in comfort and privacy. This home also boasts the latest technologies, including concealed in-wall speakers to stream your favorite beats to any or all your rooms with the touch of an app.
What We Love: This Spanish Revival home was been designed with delightful details throughout, from the furniture and lighting to the rugs and accessories. Light-filled and spacious living areas creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is very ideal for family living and entertaining.
