This modern farmhouse is designed by Studio 225 Architecture in collaboration with Old Hillsboro Building Company, located in Leipers Fork is a rural village in Williamson County, Tennessee. A striking exterior facade features a wide front porch, welcoming visitors to the front door. Step inside to find a spacious layout with white-painted shiplap walls and hardwood flooring adding warmth.

Spread out over two levels, this home offers public and private living spaces, while an enclosed four-season porch overlooking the backyard swimming pool. An outdoor covered porch at the rear of the home connects the indoors with out, allowing for additional entertaining space.
