This modern farmhouse is designed by Studio 225 Architecture in collaboration with Old Hillsboro Building Company, located in Leipers Fork is a rural village in Williamson County, Tennessee. A striking exterior facade features a wide front porch, welcoming visitors to the front door. Step inside to find a spacious layout with white-painted shiplap walls and hardwood flooring adding warmth.

Spread out over two levels, this home offers public and private living spaces, while an enclosed four-season porch overlooking the backyard swimming pool. An outdoor covered porch at the rear of the home connects the indoors with out, allowing for additional entertaining space.

With an inviting exterior facade and equally exquisite interiors, we are just loving the feeling of cozy comfort this home has to offer. The standout feature of this home has to be the home bar. The flooring is from Artistic Tile — Mojave Brown-Polished 23-1/2″ X 23-1/2″ X 3/8″ Porcelain Field Tile. The rug is from Pottery Barn – called the Ferris Printed Rug.
