This fabulous modern home was designed by XTEN Architecture, located in the Trousdale Estates, a neighborhood of Beverly Hills, California. Nestled on a 33,000 square foot lot in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains, this epic home features walls of glass that disappear and blur the lines between indoors and out. Highlights to this 10,000 square foot pad includes a zero edge pool and spa, separated by over 80 feet of Fleetwood pocketing sliders transitioning seamlessly from indoors to out.
Also included on this property are four cabana suites to host overnight guests, each with walls of glass opening to the grounds and pool beyond. Attached staff quarters keeps this home in optimal shape for entertaining. Offering the ultimate in privacy, the residence is hidden behind discrete gates, with a large motor court and ample off-street parking.
