This farmhouse style home was designed by William Guidero Planning and Design in collaboration with Kensington Smith Design, located in Newport Heights, an upscale neighborhood in Newport Beach, California. The homeowners were looking for a modern farmhouse style mixed with French overtones and vintage charms. The spacious lot encompasses 5,277 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms with a home gym and 620 square foot garage.
This home was designed to be so enchanting that it would make the homeowner feel as if they were on a permanent vacation and entice their grown children to visit for longer. The materials on the exterior facade is a mixture of limestone, Pennsylvania bluestone and board-and-batten siding. An inviting porch overlooks a water feature beautifully integrated into the landscape at the front of the property.
What We Love: The modern farmhouse style home is a true dream home that meets everything on the checklist. It is gorgeous, elegant, warm and amazingly comfortable. There is a fantastic indoor-outdoor connection and the outdoor spaces are so livable, we could imagine spending everyday enjoying the temperate climate.
