Passive House Design-Go Logic-01-1 Kindesign

Designed by Go Logic, this two-story passive house design features a 1,500 square foot bright and airy floor plan, with 238 square feet of covered deck, located in Belfast, Maine. There is a combined kitchen/living/dining space on the first level and three bedrooms with one full bath on the second level (floor plans below). Amenities include a covered entry porch, kitchen pantry, powder room, mud room, and laundry closet.

These energy-efficient homes are prefabricated in Go Home’s climate-controlled factory and then brought on-site to fully assemble.
