John Lum Architecture in collaboration with design-build firm SF Modern has just completed a beautiful, brand new four-level home in Noe Valley a neighborhood in San Francisco, California. The existing home on the property was dilapidated and beyond restoration, so it was decided to demo the home and start from scratch. The layout of the new home was better optimized to take advantage of it’s 30-foot wide site.
Spread out over four levels, the property encompasses 4,816 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. The new design takes advantage of the dramatic San Francisco skyline views and beyond to the bay. This can be seen from the rear decks and the master bedroom suite. “The home was designed for comfortable living and memorable entertaining, with a continuously flowing main living level walking out to a deck, and a generous back yard,” explains the builder.
Asking: This striking property was spotted listed for sale by real estate broker Tal Klein, $5,995,000. Here while the link lasts!
On the top level there are three spacious bedrooms, while of the lower levels you will find two additional bedrooms, a family room, media room, a gym and home office. This beautiful home comes complete with several high-tech and designer features: a two-story car lift, electric car charger hook-ups, solar panels, efficient and allergy friendly radiant heat, custom-designed cabinetry, railings, and millwork. The home is also wired for sound, lighting control and intercom throughout the interiors.

What We Love: This four-level home offers a beautiful natural palette of wood, stone and tile that infuses warmth throughout. The main entry level features a two-story atrium, illuminating this area with natural light while adding a luxury feel to the space. Multiple viewing terraces helps to provide simple access to the outdoors and to the exquisite views that this home has to offer. We are especially loving the custom closet in the master bedroom suite… continue on below to see what we are talking about!
