A 16th century farmhouse has been beautifully restored in 2015 by Special Umbria, located in Piegaro, Perugia, Italy. The 4,843 square foot (450 square meters) home was transformed into a wonderful holiday villa called “Posabile”. Surrounded by nature, this relaxing home offers plenty of spaces to relax in, with the master bedroom retreat offering an oasis like no other. On the outside, you will find two heated pools (one for toddlers) and relaxing lounge areas surrounded by forest.
This idyllic home can accommodate up to twelve guests, with a temperate climate that is perfect to vacation throughout the year. This house is special for several reasons: it’s full of history and charm, has a unique rural design, offers spectacular views to the towns of Panicale, and Lake Trasimeno with the Tuscan mountains in the back. You will have complete privacy in this countryside setting… and it is the perfect escape for families or with a group of friends!
