A New York City family contracted architects Studio Marchetti to design this stunning modern rustic dwelling, located in Dutchess County, New York. The property is nestled on a hillside, consisting of a series of pavilions designed to maximize the views of the surrounding verdant landscape. The outdoor living areas also consist of a backyard deck with a pergola and swimming pool. The general contractor who worked on this project is Hudson Valley-based Structure Works Construction.

What We Love: This stunning display of architecture showcases a an eye-catching mix of wood and stone. The inviting exterior facade surrounded by a lush landscape draws you into the welcoming, luminous interiors. We are especially loving the double volume living room with its walls of glass, dramatic staircase, sandstone fireplace and fabulous Moooi light fixture. Plenty of fantastic design features in this home!
