This 7,500 square foot family summer residence offers plenty of space to entertain and relax. The interior color palette is characterized by modern colors and trendy features throughout.

The open layout great room offers two living spaces. One was designed in a more sophisticated style, while the other features a more relaxed aesthetic. The living arrangement picture above offers a built-in media center for kicking back and watching television. Walls of glass helps to create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The views look out over the beautiful backyard and expansive swimming pool.

What We Love: Sophisticated interiors and a refined palette with bursts of color injects a playfulness, making this Lake Austin retreat family friendly. We love all the small details, from the dual-sided fireplace and built-in bunk beds, to the beautiful furnishings and fixtures. Above: The stunning dual-sided fireplace wall is comprised of a Cantera stone with a smooth finish. The wall separates the living room from the bar and games room on the opposing side.
