Brilliantly designed three-story modern model home in Toronto

Designed for Kylemore Communities, the Tully is a three-story model home designed by Jane Lockhart Interior Design, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you enjoy perusing through model homes like we do, then you should enjoy this home tour. Model homes are always chalk full of design inspiration, featuring the latest trends mixed with some clever ideas. This one features soaring ceilings, elegant furnishings and plenty of comfort for a lived-in aesthetic. The interiors reflect a modern flair with plenty of details to infuse warmth.

The designer states that the home includes, “smoky dark gray hardwood, charcoal and white walls with black accents. Finished with crown molding and trim characteristic of Kylemore Communities, the clean lines and graphic colour and decor palette make this a space for modern living.”

Fun Facts: The 8′ x 10′ area rug in the dining room was provided by Spears Road Broadloom. The dining table was sourced from Korson Furniture. The window treatments were custom designed using Robert Allen Fabrics. The stunning chandelier over the dining table is from Union Lighting and Furnishing, as is the mirror over the buffet.

Paint: The dining room features a cove ceiling emphasized in darker hue by Benjamin Moore, Kendall Charcoal HC-166. In contrast, the walls are in a lighter hue, Benjamin Moore Barren Plain 2111-60. The trim is Benjamin Moore Decorator’s White CC-20.

What We Love: The interiors are elegant, simple and stunning with an excellent layout and nice flow from one space to the next. The designer did a great job of accentuating the spaces, making them feel lived-in, adding personality and depth of space.
