The homeowners of this residence are originally from Hong Kong, relocating to California, they were looking for a a relaxing place to enjoy quality family time on the weekends. The design team worked within this modern farmhouse vernacular to create soothing interior spaces that features a wonderful indoor-outdoor connection. They also infused some subtle references into the design scheme of the homeowner’s Asian heritage. On the outside of this fabulous home, the property features a sumptuous patio with a fireplace surrounded by comfortable furnishings, lounge chairs nestled around an extensive swimming pool and a beautiful manmade pond.

The fireplace is the central focus point to this beautiful living room that features glass walls that disappear into the wall, extending the indoors to the outside. The home offers plenty of natural light and breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside through extensive windows.
