What We Love: This midcentury modern home is a beautiful melding of past and present offering a material palette that focuses on sustainability and longevity. Thanks to clerestory widows that runs the entire length of the home, the need for artificial lighting is minimized during the day. The homeowners keep the door to their porch open during the summer, allowing passive cooling to the main living spaces. These wonderful energy-saving strategies makes this home very ideal for a busy family of five!… Readers, what are your thoughts on the design of this home?
