Free Printable: Thanksgiving Place Cards and Menu
Set a beautiful Thanksgiving table with our free printable place cards and menu cards. The fold-over place cards stand up on their own, so every guest can see their name from either side of the table, and the menu cards have room to write in everything you’re serving, from appetizers to dessert. Both are designed in warm fall colors with a hand-drawn autumn leaf sprig.

What’s Included
- Place cards: 4 fold-over “Give Thanks” place cards per page, with a line for each guest’s name.
- Ink-saver place cards: the same design without the cream background.
- Menu cards: two 5 x 7 “Thanksgiving Menu” cards with sections for To Start, Main, Sides, Dessert and Drinks.
You Will Need
- White, cream or kraft cardstock
- Scissors or a paper trimmer
- A pen or fine-tip marker for the names and menu
Tip
Print these on cardstock, not regular printer paper. A medium-weight cardstock (65 to 80 lb) still feeds through most home printers and is sturdy enough for the place cards to stand up on the table.
How to Use Them
Print the PDF at 100% (actual size) on letter-size cardstock. Cut each place card along the dotted outline, then fold it in half along the center line. Write each guest’s name on both halves, since one half is printed upside down so the card reads correctly from both sides of the table once it’s folded. For the menu cards, write in your dishes, cut along the dotted lines, and set one at each place or prop one up on a small easel.
