Timber Meadow is a beautiful timber-frame home designed by Wadsworth Design Build, together with Vermont Barns, in Wilmington, Vermont. Nestled in the Green Mountains close to Mount Snow, the home was completed in 2024 and built around a soaring stone chimney and hand-joined timber frame that anchors the whole structure.

Reclaimed wood, fieldstone, and a warm, layered palette carry through every room, from the double-height great room down to the bunk room tucked under the eaves. Wide porches and a generous back deck open the home to long views of the surrounding hills, while a thoughtful mix of mudroom storage, a dog wash, and a game room make it as livable as it is visually striking. What We Love About This Home

This Vermont home offers attractive curb appeal with its stone chimney rising straight through the roofline, framed by walls of glass on either side. We are especially drawn to the mudroom and game room, two spaces that show a mountain house can be polished and practical for muddy boots and rainy afternoons. The stone hood over the kitchen range and the massive stone fireplace in the great room are easily the showstoppers, each built right into the timber frame rather than just added on. The bunk room, tucked under reclaimed wood walls with its own reading lights, might be our favorite spot in the whole house!
