The foyer’s custom-designed pivot door is a true showstopper. The 5′ x 9′ wood front door and sidelights harmonize perfectly with the nearby staircase. A circular marble foyer table serves as a striking entry focal point, complemented by round ottomans beneath it that offers a convenient spot for removing snowy boots before stepping into the rest of the home.
The modern, minimalist staircase within this residence serves as the connecting element between all three levels. This architecturally noteworthy staircase features ‘floating treads’ and a sleek glass and metal railing. Injecting a dose of drama, a breathtaking multi-pendant chandelier takes center stage in the stairwell, gracing both the main and upper levels
Each hand-blown glass pendant has been strategically positioned to create a striking cascading effect down the stairwell. Additionally, an adjacent elevator (not pictured) offers convenience for carrying groceries or laundry, providing an alternative to using the stairs.
