Two Fold Interiors is responsible for the design of this lakeside refuge perched on a rocky outcropping overlooking 31 Mile Lake, in Gracefield, Quebec, Canada. Designed to meld into the existing landscape, the views are the main focal point for each window, while the interior provides a quiet backdrop.
Natural materials were integrated into the design and with minimal maintenance, this lake house becomes timeless and easy for the family to use for generations.
SCOPE:
With this out-of-town custom new build, Two Fold Interiors provided full interior design services from concept design, construction drawings, furniture and accessories.
What We Love: This lakeside refuge offers a timeless aesthetic with warm and cozy living spaces, ideal for a family retreat. Seeming to meld into the landscape, this home is ideally perched on a bluff to offer tranquil waterfront views throughout the interiors. We are especially loving the living room with it’s soaring trussed ceiling, floor-to ceiling, stone clad fireplace and overall inviting warmth.
