This gorgeous beach house was custom designed by the talented Brooke Wagner Design, located in Newport Beach, a coastal city in southern California. Beautiful reclaimed flooring can be found through the main living spaces, infusing warmth into this beachy abode. Upon entrance into this five bedroom, six bathroom home, you are greeted by a Dutch door, adding to the aesthetic beauty that awaits you inside. Comfortable and inviting furnishings creates a relaxed atmosphere for a family of four.
What We Love: This gorgeous beach house exemplifies exquisite attention to detail throughout, from the moment of entry to the outdoor living spaces. There are so many visual attention grabbers, from the reclaimed flooring to the wine cellar to the lucite chairs in the kitchen… and did we mention how fabulous the kitchen island countertop is? The living and family room are ultra-cozy. while sliding glass doors in both spaces helps to extend the living areas outdoors. Our most favorite room has to be the dining solarium, what a fantastic space to enjoy breakfast, or your morning coffee. Although modern, this home still manages to retain its warmth through the use of wood, texture and layering. Job well done… would you agree?

Above: We especially love the lucite Bella Cubes set in front of the coffee table. Since they are easily movable, it helps when entertaining for additional space to set down snacks or drinks… or can play double duty as an extra seat! Source: Grace & Blake
Above: We are loving the island countertop, the striations in the marble is gorgeous! It is a Delano Marble slab, you find more information here. Accenting the island are custom designed lucite barstools. We love how the transparency of the stools helps to not conceal or detract from the beautiful countertop material. The chairs were covered by fabric from the company Romo in the color Elasona Topaz. The fabric is a Damask, woven in multi-hued yarns. Source: Black Edition.

Above: A solarium features a cozy breakfast nook with vinyl covered chairs and an eye-catching chandelier over the zinc-clad dining table. The cast resin chandelier is in the form of several bubbles clumped together to create a unique art form. We have seen this chandelier in a bedroom that also looked fantastic (the house tour in reference can be found here). You can purchase the Muriel Chandelier from Oly Studio.
