This stunning beach style home was designed by Patterson Custom Homes along with interiors studio Brooke Wagner Design, located in Corona del Mar, California. This two-story property has plenty of stunning features beginning with the exterior brick facade, which was painted in Dunn Edwards’ Whisper white DEW340. The next point of interest is the beautiful wood door with glass panels at the entryway. Custom designed by the architect, it invites you inside where you will feel an abundance of warmth through the use of wood beams and wooden flooring.
The entryway into the home features a beautiful console table showcasing driftwood filled with succulents. A great start to this beachy style home. Keep reading on below for more of this incredible home tour…

Above: The hardwood flooring seen throughout the interiors is a European Oak that was custom stained after it was installed. The lightness of the stain helps to keep the space feeling bright and airy. Next to the staircase, a built-in breakfast nook creates a cozy space. A wood dining table is complimented by dining chairs covered in a Walter.G hand printed textile.

Every detail has been well thought out and executed, we love the added warmth from the use of wood throughout the interiors.
