This renovation project reorients the 3,200-square-foot house towards the horizon, allowing the panorama to wash into the home, inviting the sun, the storms, and the fog to the edge of the living room and offering a sense of total immersion within this unblemished landscape.

Opposite this unlimited grandeur, three strategic “nooks” specifically designed for cooking, listening, and working provide private and introverted spaces. While the original foundation was preserved, the majority of the home was completely reframed. All new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were also installed. Every inch of the space was meticulously considered, designed, and crafted anew to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
