Encompassing 3,941 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, this dreamy idea home features a soothing color palette of sand and aqua blue that feels so serene. There is also a two-car garage with an additional 490 square feet of living area above.

Susan Wilson Interiors is responsible for the interior design, with furnishings sourced from Esprit Decor, that give this dwelling its casual elegance that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The architectural details are stunning, from the shingle exterior to all of the millwork. There are so many unique details in this home, from the laundry room with its custom decals to the pantry with its chalkboard signs and the corkboard chair rail in the boy’s bedroom. What We Love: This Nantucket-style coastal home features a beautiful, light and airy open floor plan that is perfect for family living and entertaining. Living spaces were designed with a serene color scheme that enhances the tranquil coastal ambiance and creates a soothing backdrop for relaxation and gatherings. We love how the family room connects to the kitchen with its large center island and casual seating. The screened porch is another great feature, connecting to both the guest bedroom and breakfast area, perfect for lounging. The main bathroom is also amazing, with its spa-like atmosphere.
