Judd Builders has completed this stunning build of a modern farmhouse drafted by Architectural Designs, situated on a side-sloping property in Arden, North Carolina. The builders custom-tailored the floor plan to work with the sloping site, reversing the orientation of the plan. Their version of the plan included five bedrooms and four bathrooms with a total of 3,464 square feet of living space.

This custom home also features a kid’s loft area, front and back decks, and a three-car garage with a back glass and steel garage door that opens to the pool and spa. The windows and doors in this home were sourced from Windsor Windows. On the exterior facade, the gutters were sourced from White Oak Seamless Gutter. The engineered wood siding is LP® SmartSide® Lap Siding from LP Building Solutions. The trim is from AZEK Exteriors. The garage doors were sourced from Amarr Garage Doors.

NEED TO KNOW: This home can be all yours, as the floor plan set can be purchased from the Architectural Designs website, Modern Farmhouse Plan 14667RK. The floor plan layout of this home was modified to meet the needs of the home’s inhabitants.

What We Love: This dreamy modern farmhouse in North Carolina has so many incredible details. The builders did a nice job of customizing this home to fit with the building site and to meet the needs of the inhabitants. We love the wood accents used on the exterior facade and the sumptuous swimming pool in the backyard. The interior of this dwelling is bright and beautifully designed – we think they did a phenomenal job!
